Why we started TravelPep
We love to travel, read and explore new places. For us, a good trip is about more than the sights. It is also about what you eat, what you pack and what you wear. That is why the site covers all of it.
Our guides cover historic places and popular sights around the world. We share the story behind each place, along with the practical details you need to plan your visit.

How we choose what to recommend
Nothing on TravelPep is casual information. Some places and products we have tried ourselves. The rest we recommend only after careful research.
We use our own travels, history books, government websites and recent news reports. Prices, fees and rules change often, so we mention when we last checked them. We check them again each time we update a guide.
